Can I get a same-day prescription?
Yes, where clinically appropriate. A qualified doctor reviews your symptoms and medical history and discusses treatment with you before deciding whether to prescribe. Some concerns need examination or tests elsewhere. Our service is not currently live in the UK.

Is this a real doctor or an AI chat?

Who can use the service?
Patients in the EU aged 18 and over. We are not currently live in the UK while awaiting UK licensing and CQC regulation. Patients aged 16–17 may receive care for acne, skin infections, eczema, hyperhidrosis, insect bites, dandruff and birth control. Other conditions remain 18+.
What if text consultation is not suitable?
Your doctor will explain when examination, tests or another service are needed. ChatDoc is not an emergency service. For life-threatening emergencies call 112 in the EU or 999 in the UK. For urgent non-life-threatening help use your local urgent-care service; in the UK, use NHS 111.
